Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping. While it won't usually take this long, some items may not be in stock immediately and most items are made to order.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. I would prefer that if you are not satisfied that you request an exchange.
